The Southern Marine Supply Rewards Program is our way of rewarding valued wholesale customers and authorized Spot Zero dealers for their continued partnership. Customers earn points on qualifying purchases that can later be redeemed for curated travel and experience-based rewards.
Who is eligible to participate?
The program is available to qualifying Southern Marine Supply wholesale customers and authorized Spot Zero dealers.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the program.
How do I earn points?
Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases (does not include sales tax or processing fees).
When did point tracking begin?
Point accumulation began in January 2026.
How will I know how many points I have?
Customers will receive monthly email statements showing current point balances and rewards activity.
Do points expire?
No. Points do not expire under the current program structure unless an account becomes inactive.
When can I redeem my points?
The first redemption window will be open January 1, 2027.
Can points be redeemed for cash?
No. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can points be shared or transferred?
No. Points are tied to the customer account and are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Southern Marine Supply.
Which purchases qualify for rewards?
All parts and equipment qualify for rewards based on the price paid for the equipment/material. Added costs like taxes, shipping, fees, etc. do not count toward points.
Will I be able to track my points throughout the year?
Yes. Monthly statements will provide updated point balances and activity.
What if I believe my points balance is incorrect?
Please contact our team directly and we’ll be happy to review your account activity.
Can the program change in the future?
Southern Marine Supply reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the program structure, rewards, or redemption timelines at any time.
